My Growing Brain is a no-prep activity that helps students to explore how their brain is always learning and change. Using a brain visual, students reflect on different skills and sort them into what feels easy, what they are learning, and what feels hard (for now)—building self-awareness, confidence, and a growth mindset along the way.
